These Terms and Conditions govern the web design and development services provided by Jumac Studio. By requesting a quote or hiring our services, you agree to these terms.
All commercial proposals or quotes issued by Jumac Studio are valid for 15 calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing and terms may be subject to review. Work is considered started once the client pays the agreed deposit and provides the necessary materials (copy, logos, images) to begin.
A successful project relies on teamwork. The client agrees to provide required materials on time and respond to questions or review requests within agreed timeframes. Significant delays in delivering assets or feedback will pause the project and adjust delivery dates accordingly.
Development includes two rounds of minor revisions or adjustments to the presented design by default. Complete structural changes, pivots in business direction mid-project, or features not included in the original proposal will be quoted separately.
The website is yours. Once 100% of the payment is completed, ownership of the developed website (code, structure, design) is transferred to the client.
The domain name (e.g., yourcompany.com or yourcompany.com.ar) must always be registered under the client's name. While we can assist you with the registration process, we never retain ownership of your domain.
Jumac Studio reserves the right to include screenshots, links, and references to the completed website in our portfolio or social media, unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed beforehand.
Custom WordPress websites require a maintenance plan (including hosting, backups, and technical updates) detailed in the commercial proposal. If the client chooses to host the site on their own external server, Jumac Studio is not responsible for outages, slow performance, or security breaches caused by that provider, nor for lack of technical maintenance once delivered.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any disputes shall be submitted to the ordinary courts with jurisdiction over Jumac Studio's registered address (Province of Buenos Aires).
